Hi

I was trying to sync my flight records from DJI Go 4 and it shows sync failed. It worked perfectly before and tried both WiFi and data usage. Tried sync all. Tried relaunch the app. It always stops at 28%.

Anyone else getting this?

Yes, it's been that way most of the day today for many including me. Hopefully they get it running soon. It's likely not on your end, but DJI's servers

Me too.  I also tried 1mo, 6 mo and all, no luck. I had the same issue that for a couple months. Then it worked a few weeks ago. I have tried different WiFi locations and cellular connection. No luck.

Restarting my iPhone, signing out and back in to DJI  account on the app did not work.

Thanks for the help Natalia. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi Natalia, already tried that several times unfortunately, on both my iPad and iPhone with same negative result. I think this is on your end tbh.

I'm having this problem too. While I appreciate the DJI folk responding here, I've just spent the last half hour researching this. All of the suggestions to try different device, network, clear cache, log out/in, etc, just doesn't work. The propblem does seem to be at DJI, not with our devices. This is an intermittent problem that has been happening for years, according to google search results. The only thing I've seen that has fixed it is to..... wait til tomorrow. Anyone that has ever posted about a fix has just said that it resolved itself after waiting.

You might wanna try uninstalling and reinstalling the DJI GO 4 App to see if that clears it up?

Same here uninstall, install again same errors (iPad and galaxy s9+)

Great advice. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Go4 app , now all my flights are gone.

I was able to access the sync this morning.

The DJI servers were having troubles yesterday. It is working today and all the flights are syncing. Probably your R&D engineers are already aware of this because they fixed it.

I have tried all suggestions and still get the fail message here in Northern California mid day Saturday the 22nd.

Having same issue; any solutions pls ?
