While waiting for DJI and PolarPro..Cut out from a spectacle clip-on. Seem to be equivilent to a ND 4 and is polarized

Although I guess it's not a bad idea you really don't need to cut your sunglasses up. You can buy ND filter in sheet at many different strengths. Not sure if you can cut them to size and sandwich them on the inside to the factory lens cover but I know you could use a clear water based glue to attach on the outside. This would not be a long term solution but for the price it would work until companies start shipping the good stuff. The add on I use is like a sheet only thicker. A sheet you would be able to cut and place behind the front filter for sure.
