If the drone is tracking you, or you are in the frame of the camera, using the "beckon" gesture (arms placed up in a "Y" shape) will automatically put the drone in gesture mode and it will assume station at eye level about 3ft or so away.

I've personally  never used a gesture mode. Why do you need one?

There was 0 new features for Spark in last 6 months or so in a DJI GO app.... I highly doubt we will see anything new for Spark...
