Hi, I am now on my 2nd Osmo pocket. First one didn't even power on. The 2nd one I cant seem to get the double tap and triple tap to work. All it does is quickly flip between video and photo and back again. Am i missing something? Is there an option somewhere to disable / enable this feature that I haven't found?

It's best if you get all three clicks in under a second. A slight hesitation in rhythm can be enough to miss out.

For anyone else having this issue it was caused by the firmware version being out of date. The device went through the firmware version update process when I first got it and I assumed it was running the latest. Turns out either the process failed or didn’t work right. Went back into home and it said an update was pending still. Went through them process again and it’s now 1.4 something. All working.
