New P4 won't activate

I am setting up a new Phantom 4 Pro 4 (not V2) and went through the Activation process. However, at the end of it I presed the Activation button, which darkens as if it is going to complete, but never does. I left the final screen on for 30 inutes and it is still never completes the process. This is my 3rd P4P, and I have never had this happen previously.

Can someone offer any help?

Also, can you please try to use a different mobile device to activate your DJI Phantom 4 Pro for us to further isolate the problem? Are you 100% positive its never been activated prior to you getting it? EU model shouldnt make any difference i dont think

If he post the serial number of the drone, it can be checked for him.

The box appeared to be new and unopened. The serial number is 0AXCE6L0A30552.

i would try reinstall the Dji Go app ........ simply as that

It happened to me with my Phantom 3 SE, after three days lost, Dji support was not able to give me a solution, since they were telling me that my device is already activated, i looked in a forum and uninstall it was the solution.
