Good day to all--I had a terrible experience flying my bird--while flying at about 20m above ground I had an error come up on the screen that the battery temp was below 15 degC --it was 26degC outside ) and was forced to land asap.
Went to the battery section on DJIGO4 and all cells show empty and the #1 light and on/of blinks constantly.
I can not switch the battery off--after about 20 min I can switch battery off and charge as normal until full.
As soon as I fire up the bird I get the battery error again !!!!.
This happened just after the last firmware update.
Rolled back to previous firmware but error keeps coming back.

Any help please ?????

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try to refresh the firmware of your DJI Phantom 4 using the DJI Assistant 2 software? Also, you may try to discharge it also until it will go to 0% and try to charge the battery again to see if the problem still persists. Please keep us posted.
