Can i bypasss the payload warning and fly as is i was on normal mode?
Because i want to put for example a gopro

Also with the prop guard  i have warning payload.
With this warning the distance and the height is limited by the software? If yes can bypass?
I have the latest firmware

The Mavic Mini has got such as artificial limitations that DJI has got difficult to right regulate.
They are worried about the fact people can discover a sort of unjustified price for higher models such as the Mavic 2... So here we are that for 399.00 $ the Mavic Mini MUST have limitations.
Limitations on camera, limitations on payload, limitations on functionality (absence of waypoint flight), limitations on flight distance  (the latter is questionable because the transmission technology is actually different).
Mavic Mini is a very nice drone, but do not pretend to use it like a more professional drone such as the Phantom or the Mavic 2.
Think on Mavic Mini like a sort of evoluted, expensive toy, this will help you to better appreciate your buy, that'all.

Yesterday I wanted to try out the quickshots of my new mavi mini, starting it from my balcony (7th floor max 30m above see level) with prop guard, but it stopped always with the note: automatic playload mode. The temperature was about 3C. The altitude was limited by the software to 40m. Could you please explain the reason of that? Thank you in advance!

Room temp. For the momment i use it indoors.
If the fly is limited by the software there is no reason to fly outdoors.
