We have a lot of abandoned military fortifications along the coast in my neck of the woods. The reinforced concrete that most of these places are built of is in an advanced state of decay, and they won't be with us much longer. I love how the drone allows me to capture and document these places before they're gone forever.
This is Fort Stark State Historic Site in New Castle, New Hampshire. It was an active military fortification from the early 1600s right up until the 1950s when it was abandoned. It's one of my favorite places to fly. A little ELO makes the sunset just that much more enjoyable.
