Hello all,
I have Just done my first OM4 charge and I noticed that the magneto piece (where you attach the phone) is hot like hell, even at the end of charging for 5 minutes.
I used the Pixel 4 charger.
Anyone got this problem or is it just normal?

Hello there Davide. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try using a different recommended charger ( 10W charger ) for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Kindly please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.
