Another video taken a few weeks later up on the lancashire coast in morcambe.
Really enjoyed the seafront filming with the mini but only managed 2 hours then the wind picked up.
Just trying to practice freehand turns and getting a better feel for the drone.
wanted to film the sundet with the drone but was so windy it would have blown straight into the sea!
anyway footage from the iphone on the beach. ps should have used a tripod for the panning.
Also nice to see somebody deciding not to fly when it's good not to.
The lockdown has hit hard again here in my country. I feel like we're skipping a new Spring and I don't feel like repeating it all over again. ATM no time to fly.
But I have plans... and still plenty of places (even more so because of abstinence and shifted priorities). Looking forward to several heartwarming sunsets and sunrises to fly into.
Also nice to see somebody deciding not to fly when it's good not to.
I took a conscious desision not to fly as i dont want to put myself into a sittuation where im being asked by a member of the local constabulary to land the drone and to be fined! i can do without the hassle. few more weeks and i will be out flying a few times a week. even if its just local practicing the controls.
Hopefully you get out and fly lots in the coming months and sure you will post up your captures.
im hoping to get back up to the peak district and shoot some more video with the mini! its now my go to drone when out walking due to its portability. especially the reservoirs on the south yorkshire derbyshire border as with the video below
