New Mavic air 2 worked fine for several days( 300ft) and now will only reach 98 ft due to altitude restricted. Went to DJI tech. service online and got no help. Please any advise.

For increased safety, the flight is restricted to a height of 98.4 ft (30 m) and a range of 164 ft (50 m) when not connected or logged into the app during flight. Please also check both the GPS and the downward vision system as the height is restricted to 98 ft (30 m) when the GPS signal is weak and the Downward Vision System is inactive.

Ok thanks, working now, that was the problem. Somehow got disconnected.

I am having the same problem with altitude and distance restriction.  How do you stay logged in on the smart controller if out of wifi range for connection?  Not understanding how to log in while flying without phone connected as the smart controller is supposed to function without a phone connected.  Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this.  I am baffled by the lack of documentation to cover these details.
