I have problems when upgrading to 1.2.8 FW .
I think it is the fault FW . But in fact , mainly due to version 1.2.0 App .
If you have problems : Gimbal moto overloaded and lag
While DJI say wait for the next version . You are not able to fly ? Unable to use the shaky video or lag ?
The simplest way is to delete 1.2.0 App . and reinstall 1.1.0 App .then C. IMU and gimbal again,
All problems will be solved.
I tried and succeeded .
Today with 3 flights . Perfect, no shake , lag .. (y)

Where can you get the older app?  Not on Google Play anymore.

This cant be true, the new App has only stricter tolerances for the gimbal. That means the app will just detect bad gimbals better than before and indicate it with the error message. The old app will not "repair" your gimbal, the shaking is there with and without the old app. When you switch to the old app it will shake as well if your gimbal is "bad". The new App does not change the FW of your gimbal
