i have had my mini 2 two now for a about two weeks but some of the video is bad i have tried differant settings and notting works

Too light, too dark, too much digital noise, blurred, jerky ...?
With what resolution, frame rate ...?

Euhm you need to give some info about the problem (what is wrong with the video? for example). And posting shots would help

You will have to upload your video to Google Drive or other file sharing platform as this forum does not support big media uploads. Don't upload to YouTube as it removes most of the video noise and creates compression artifacts.

One thing is to set the advanced gimbal settings to move slower, fast motion will cause distortion. Also remember when you start the drone it starts in normal mode, you need to switch to cine after starting if you want smoother flight. Is this file from your phone, or downloaded from the SD card directly?

I can't see any "zebra pattern" in the video ... maybe a display problem with the video player, monitor, resolution ...?
The video seems a bit dull and too dark to me - no sun or an ND filter that is too strong? At the beginning, a bit of digital noise can be perceived especially at the top left of the sky / mountain (but it is very low!). Perhaps you could compensate for that with a brighter image. At 4: 01-4: 05 you can see Morie on the roof of the house on the left - yes, there are other cameras ...
The horizontal pan is a bit too fast - at 25 / 30FPS it shouldn't be faster than a maximum of 8 degrees / second - rather less.
Then the video won't be blurred either. Or simply record with 2k7 60FPS instead of 4k30FPS.
If possible with 100ISO (i.e. no ND filter - is not really necessary then) and shutter speed 1/200 upwards.
Otherwise I don't see any technical reason now.

There's nothing wrong with it.

can it be that you have problems playing 4k videos?  which player do you use?  try VLC player

I looked at your video on a 4K monitor and there is nothing wrong with it at all. More than likely, your computer is not up to the job of replaying 4K video. What are the specs on your computer. As suggested, try downloading a free copy of VLCPlayer and use that.

I watched your video and it plays fine on my device. It is as smooth as it gets for 30 FPS video. If your video playback is choppy check your playback device. It might be misconfigured or its hardware is insufficient for 4k 30FPS 100mbps playback.
