I also updated my gh5s to the latest firmware but I can't seem to find any info on how to use the new feature.

Hi Moshe, this requires both RSC 2 and Panasonic GH5S to the latest firmware version. After that, you will need to use the face detection feature of the camera, and press the trigger button on RSC 2 to start the active track. Hope this is informative for you.

So it's basically limited only to using auto focus in the camera..?
