Are you sure you posted in the correct forum?
If so I think it would be EXTREMELY unwise to fly any drone with the controller in one stick mode when flying 'gimbal stabilised' and  then use a different stick mode when flying FPV.
Besides I would be rather surprised if the Air 2S does not have a custom stick mode, the Mavic Mini does.
