I purchased a Mavic 3 from Best Buy and then purchased DJI Care Refresh from DJI. I returned the Mavic 3 as it was defective (light did not work) and ordered a replacement. How do I transfer the Refresh? Thanks.

The refresh should follow this new drone. You can always check on your account on dji.com. Go to account and it will show the M3 an you should see care refresh attached to it. Your drone must have been activated using this account. If its not contact dji.support…
