RONIN S FIRMWARE FAILURE

I am so frustrated right now with my Ronin S. I have been trying to update the firmware but it keeps on failing at 99 percent

then it says : Device gimbal (3) not connected

Gimbal is also not working

Hi, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try to follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Ensure the network connection is normal.
2. Ensure the assistant software used is the latest DJI Pro Assistant for Ronin.
3. Ensure the computer is properly connected to the Ronin-S.
4. Please disconnect the cable, restart the gimbal, and update the firmware with the gimbal powered on.
5. If it's convenient, please use another computer and cable and try again.
6. Remove the focus wheel and try to update again to see if it works.

I can update with the Focus Wheel detached, but when I reattach the focus wheel it doesn't work. I can't seem to update my firmware with the focus wheel attached?

2023 and the problem still on... My Ronin S doesn't update the firmware, the joystick is not working and I haven't connection with my cell phone. YES, DJI, i've tryied many time to connect with a different USB ports, cables, everything and still not working. Seems that I'll need to go to another brand to get a gimbal that works properly.

Hi, everyone. Aside from the steps above, you may also follow these steps:
1. Remove and attach the battery, and check whether the contact pins are damaged or not.
2. Check the display of the "About" - "Firmware Version" page in the Ronin application to see if the Ronin-S firmware version information can be displayed properly.
3. Restore the gimbal parameters of Ronin-S.
4. Refresh the firmware of Ronin-S.
If the issue persists after the above troubleshooting steps have been tried, please send the product back for testing.
