I'm using Firmware v01.00.01.00.
In Firmware v01.00.00.00 it says:
"Added auto power off when the gimbal is in sleep mode and idle for more than 10 minutes. The feature is available when sleep mode is entered by pressing the power button."
That's a nice feature, but I believe something needs to be addressed in the firmware.
I'm using the Panasonic GH5 connected to the gimbal with the camera control cable. I'm also using the focus motor with manual endpoints set to control zoom.
If I put the gimbal in sleep mode, after approximately 13 minutes and 15 seconds of idle time the gimbal auto powers off. When I power the gimbal back on, the focus motor's manual endpoint settings are lost and I have to re-assign both endpoints.
This doesn't happen if I manually turn off the gimbal and then power it back on. It seems as if the auto power off erases the manual endpoints (or doesn't save them before powering off).
I'm curious to know if anyone else is experiencing this. Hopefully DJI can issue a fix for this in a firmware update.
