I figured out my problem with the update. I  was using a Samsung Galaxy.  As soon as I loaded the new app on an iPad mini everything worked.

Don't know. I will use the iPad and wasted money on the galaxy

Yea Apple apps don't work so good on android

Didn't use the new app with android, smartass.  I  used the original pilot app.

heh, sorry.  due to your lack of description of the problem i figured you were trying to put the new go app for apple on your android.  my bad.

People would be more likely to help others with their problems on the forum if they wouldn't call them names.

I apologize for my remark.  I was frustrated with the upgrade and after hours of loading and unloading it turns out to only be the tablet.  They force you to upgrade but it causes your device to not work.
