So disappointed.
Bought my M3E today, i read about the new Real time Terrain Follow on last firmware, but so disappointed this feature (or a simple DSM follow) is still missing for linear mapping, which is BASIC for my work.
I had this feature on my Phantom4PRO in 2017, with Maps Made Easy. Is it possible that 6 years later, DJI still haven't this feature on their TOP Uav systems?

I'd like to have an official reply from DJI. Is it possible in these years i've spent so much money in your uav, specially 40k+ € for M300 with all sensors and softwares, but for certain things, was my phantom 4 pro even better than Matrice or M3E?
Could we have this feature in a short future? is that difficult to program? Do we have to spend other 2.000$ on UGCS because you're not able to do that?

I'm so disappointed of this M3E even for the lack of feature regarding the video recording, but we're talking on another thread about it:

UGCS perpetual licence cost 790€ not 2000.
If you bought an M300 with L1 and P1 and I imagine Terra, at 40k, your dealer most probably charged you full price, nice.

For those who read us and want to get started, according to my personal experience the perfect combo is M300 + payload L1 or/and P1 or/and H20N + Agisoft Metashape + UGCS (optional).  Forget DJI Terra, it's like DJI firmware, with each update, new problems appear, exports are not intuitive, geoids support is catastrophic for certain regions.  Do your research well before investing.

If I'd buy UGCS, I need to take the expert or the enterprise version, because of lidar support, which is from 1490 to 2200 euros here in italy. But that's not the point. DJI sells an incredible platform with an incomplete software, and it's not cheap.
In my 40k there's even the Terrasolid suite perpetual which is about 10k, but I'd like to know why DJI can't create itself a decent software for their top brand uav.

The UGCS Lidar feature for DJI L1 is not optimized in comparaison with DJI Pilot2 flight planner. For L1 i use only Pilot2. For other camera only UGCS. So a 600euro licence is fine.
