Wanted to know what you all thought of the quick release props VS the regular props with locks on them.  Wondering also what the benefits are of each and what you guys use on your setups.  I just use the normal with prop locks. But wondering why I would use the quick release.  I heard the release mechanism can break easily.  Thanks for your inPut!

regular props with locks on for sure! never heard any issue with normal props with locks on.

Yes, I have used both and find the newer quick release props fantastic.  Easy to install and remove, no problems experienced.  Just remember to dip proper post-flight inspection checks of the connection hubs.  I use a magnifying glass and check the mounts for any signs of cracks, but nothing noted to date.

Not sure how they attach to the motors either.

What do you mean post flight check.

I simply have a checklist of things to check and these include checking the prop mounts with a magnifying glass to check for any cracks on the plastic hubs, damage to props themselves as well as general checks of the aircraft it self, any movement, loose structs, etc.

Yeah theres some typos in there that I hadn't noticed.

Just meant to say that you still need to do your basic post-flight checks and just check the props and the prop hub connection mounts on the engines.

Well I never even received my so called free upgrade QR Props....  

recently there was few issues with self tightening props, they was just flying off, so for everyone's safety  DJI created new system of the prop locks, so called quick release props

Yes, many of us who bought the I1 early were supposed to receive a free set of QR props and adapters. Never happened.

Regular with locks is what I like and feel safer with, have both

I purchased my Inspire from Amazon. Told them I needed my free set of quick release props and they took care of it. Came in the mail about a week later. I don't use them cause they scare me as I trust the redundancy of the snap locks that come with the screw on kind. maybe one da I will get confident enough in the QR props to give them a try.
