Hello, I just received a certified refurbished Avata from Best Buy in the last 24 hours. When entering in my Avata's SN to purchase DJI Care Refresh, I receive the following message: "The service cannot be purchased as your product activation time has expired." I was assuming I would be able to add DJI Care without issue. Is this not the case? Is it really necessary to record a video? Thanks in advance for your help. |
