Drone in the air takes a photo.
Metadata in the photo: Relative altitude, Latitude, Longitude, GimbalYawDegree and GimbalPitchDegree
Is there a way to position the drone/camera in another flight to take almost the same picture?
Thank you

Yes, Use the Waypoint Missions.  Tell where is the point of interest and just repeat the mission.

So it is possible to create in flight a waypoint and a point of interest form the actual drone/camera position?

I don't get what you mean.  There's no SDK yet

I'm thinking in a very short hyperlapse with 2 close start and end points. Because they are chosen in flight I get what I need with one of them start on end point. Save and repeat in another oportunity.
I'm not sure if it is possible to create that short hyperlapse

Yes you can. Make sure you have the last firmware and the last DJI fly app.
The recording bottom on the RC Pro is C1 if I am not mistaking. You can keep pressing and will create multiples waypoints base in what are you looking at the moment and doing. Save them and you can even edit them to add more or eliminate.

Check this vide tutorial.

It's so easy to do!
Either via the hyperlapse function or the waypoint function.
Both allow to take photos from the same points into the same directions...
... again and again.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Please refer to the comments posted above. DJI Mavic 3 supports Hyperlapse-Waypoint and Waypoint Flight. If you prefer a Hyperlapse, you may consider testing the Hyperlapse-Waypoint feature. The aircraft automatically takes photos on a flight path of two to five waypoints and generates a timelapse video. The aircraft can fly in order from waypoint 1 to 5 or 5 to 1. Follow the steps below to use Waypoints:
1. Set the desired waypoints.
2. Set the interval time, video duration, and max speed. The screen displays the number of photos to be taken and how long the shooting time will be.
3. Tap the shutter button to begin.
Should you have other inquiries, please reach back here at DJI Forum. Have a nice day.
