Probably a corrupt bin file.. Use the SD that came with the Phantom and maybe a different converter.. Also format the SD using the DJI Go App..

What does the LOG file say?

Regardless of the beep error, looks like you are already running the latest Firmware....

There is a hidden folder called MISC/LOG that has another file there with more info, post that too ( but looks like its already updated ).

The folder is hidden, you might need to enable hidden files in Windows.

I think I will be deleting the MISC/LOG folders. Maybe there are instructions how to restore the original settings.

it looks like it is on FW 1.3.20 already.
maybe try to go with FW 1.4.0010 and see how it goes?
or try with different mSD card, perhaps?
