The only thing holding back my purchase is the many reports of stuttering video and audio.

As we said, different users will encounter different issues, we are unable to tell you how many users or which users encounter the issue. Even though the issue looks similar to the external performance but actually is caused by different reasons.  If we come to the conclusion decisively, that looks more unprofessional from our side. If you encounter any issue later, please contact us at any time.
