I am trying ro redeem points for purchasing products.  I have been messaging you guys, and I can't figure out how to send you a screen shot on what I am seeing.

It's a simple enough process:
Go to your personal homepage and click on POINTS in the left-hand column.
Enter the number of points you want to redeem (Multiples of 180, maximum 5400) in the left hand box which by default shows 1800. The right hand box will change from greyed-out to blue.
Click on it to send the points for auditing. That's it. Do it before the end of any month.
