My experience is with the Mavic 3T but it likely applies to the entier Mavic 3 enteprise line using the RC Pro

Ever since I got my drone, I noticed that the maps are not loading on the RC Pro. It shows the location of you and the aircraft, as well as the geometric outlines of the flysafe zones, but the base map (road or aerial view) doesn't load. This is even when the RC has solid internet connection and can download firmware and load websites from the safari browser.

This is how I can consistently get the maps to load
- Wait till the aircraft has a solid GPS lock and home point has been recorded
- Go to the map, and open map settings, change map mode from Auto, to Amap and back to Auto

The maps will now load

I think it is a software issue, it doesn't load map until there is a GPS lock, but doesn't seem to try to clear that condition unless you switch map modes.
If anyone else has a eaiser solution, please post
