Hi,
Today I detected that one release button on one of my batteries does not spring back into its default position and on close examination I found a crack in the plastic, see photo. Have tried to stabilise it with a drop of CA glue, but this was just good for one button press.
The battery hat no accident (crash, drop to floor) before and has only about 17 charging cycles.
Am I the only one with such problems or is it already a well known problem?

It's a known problem though primarily of the mini 3 series.

A known problem with the Mini 3 pro.

If this was known for Mini3 and Pro, why DJI didn fix for Mini4?

Ive had several of my batteries do this.  as long as they are standard batteries and under 200 charges DJI replaced mine for new ones,   open a case and they will generate a shipping label for you to return them.   They wouldn't replace my plus batteries as they wont honour the warranty for those in Europe.

A very good question.

DJI service has replaced the battery on guarantee. And no, the battery was in perfect technical condition and not swollen.

This is great news.  I have 3 batteries with broken clips. I was just about to crazy glue them until I found this post

I bought my mini 4 pro  in the UK about 6 weeks ago, used it on a holiday and one of the clips has broken on one battery and on another battery one of the clips isnt springing back, so presumably is about to snap.

Am I able to raise a ticket with DJI?
