I need help, please.

My Drone is a Phantom 3 Advanced.

The camera option no longer appears for connection in the DJI GO app.


DESCRIPTION OF THE ORIGIN OF THE DEFECT:

"The radio control on my Phantom 3 Advanced drone stopped connecting to the DJI GO software on my cell phone.


I did a normal flight, used a battery, turned off the drone, changed the battery and then it didn't connect anymore.


Drone turned on, radio control turned on and DJIGO software connected, but it reported that the Drone was disconnected.


I saw a procedure on the internet to press the "Linking RC" button in the DJI GO software and then a reset button on the drone, but it didn't work, and worse, after that, the DJI GO software doesn't even connect to the radio control anymore.


After the above procedure, the software on the cell phone no longer enabled the option to connect to the radio control, as shown in the attached image."
