Have Mic2. Looking at my audio bar on Pocket3, I see my audio is hitting too high, reaching red zone. So I go to setttings, lower my dB level to minimum (minus), but it seems to have no effect at all. Bar remains unchanged, and still hits red zone as it did before adjustment. Any tip how to adjust it ? Thanks !

Have you lowered the  TX gain to -8 to check its difference?  Could you please provide a video showing this issue for further assistance?

Hello, here is the link to sample video showing how audio disapears duing recording. This happened about 50% of times . I was about 6 feet away from the subject. No obstruction. Thank you !

Hi, I am deeply sorry for the belated reply. The file seems to have been deleted, it shows doesn't exist.
Regarding your case, if the recorded audio is too loud or no change after lowering the gain settings, you may need to send the DJI Mic 2 back to us for further diagnosis.
