Hi

I have enabled bluetooth on 1 of my transmitters and connecting to an external camera.

However the audio is badly distored and I think its just being overloaded.

If I repair the TX with the RX and adjust the gain DOWN on the mic by a lot.

Will this reduced gain be used when I pair with bluetooth again with camera ?

thanks

Thank you for the reply, fans40c3d707. Does the issue persist on both devices?

It's when I am using bluetooth connection the sound overloads. The audio via the rx is fine but I need to use bluetooth from time to time. (but cant)

Thank you for patiently waiting, we have confirmed that if you first connect TX to RX, reduce TX gain, and then switch to Bluetooth mode to connect the phone, the reduced gain parameter will not be used at this time. Hope this helps.

Hi, fans40c3d707. Thank you for patiently waiting.  If you have an Acion 4 or Pocket 3, you can connect to DJI Mic 2 via Bluetooth to adjust the gain; If you are not connecting Action 4 and Pocket 3, but just connecting the mobile phone through the transmitter Bluetooth, the gain of the transmitter will be retained according to the previous settings. Hope this helps.

Hi, fans40c3d707. A Transmitter Bluetooth connection is recommended for Action 4 / Pocket 3 and mobile phone use. It is not recommended for other devices. The problem with distortion is that the connected equipment has not been adapted and has nothing to do with gain.

Yes, the microphone (mic 2) is connected to action camera (paired). The adjusted gain pre pairing (on mic 2) does not reflect in action camera sound.
