I plotted a waypoint mission using the map feature on the controller. It was to fly approximately one mile over a suburban landscape with little elevation change. Arriving at its destination it was to decrease its altitude, hover for 30 seconds, and then return home. All waypoints were set to the same altitude of 350 feet except for the destination where it was a custom altitude of 150 feet. Waypoint one and two were one mile apart and both set to 350 feet elevation,. When I ran the mission a quarter mile in the elevation began to increase and when it met the maximum of 120 meters set in the comtroller the message... max elevation reached... and the drone would stop and I had to use rth to get the drone back. I eventually ran the mission but only after changing the max altitude in the controller to 600 feet. I cannot understand why the drone increased altitude when is was set to 350 feet... it eventually registered on the return of 600 feet froze and I had to use rth again... why was the drone inreasing altitude when set to 350 feet for all points?

Hi, fansef9818e8. Thank you for reaching out. May we ask which drone and RC are you referring to?

Hi, fansef9818e8. Thank you for patiently waiting. We have confirmed that this is normal because even if the waypoints' heights are the same, the aircraft cannot fly in a straight line, it will fly in curves, that's why the fly height will have some gap.

So to maintain a reasonably consistent altitude I should place waypoints closer together is this correct?
