Spring wheat going in...

Stevie in the John Deere 6215R with the 6m Lemken 6m power harrow, and his dad Kenny on the John Deere 6930 Premium with the front and rear Lemken drill combination. Stevie did find quite a few stones across the field...

Do them stones damage your machines as you must turn more up every time you turn them fields over?

Those John Deere tractors are workhorses, pulling that big Lemken drill through some tough ground. I bet over the years they've turned up more than a few stones in those fields!

It's astonishing how the annual frosts and yearly ploughing and tilling eventually force such huge rocks to the surface.

Nice job.
I would assume that all the rocks would have been taken out by now (if they do this every year)

Interesting.
Never heard of that before. Must be some kind of explanation why. I'll look it up.

Apparently it happens. I could not find a good explanation. Just that it happens.
