Welcome to Serbia — yet another country on my list of places I've walked in. Let's go explore the center of the country's capital Belgrade (or Beograd as locals call it), a very beautiful place, and see what it's got to offer. I'll show you its busy main street with shops and cafes and slowly escape into a more quiet area next to the zoo and a fortress. Come join me and enjoy this walk!

What a nice tidy city.   

The concrete canyons of any modern city are very much like those of any other, until you get to the older quarters which give them their true identity.
Some nice open spaces there and lovely older architecture.
