Dear All

I just bought my new phantom 3 professional, however I cannot install the firmware properly .... Always fail ..

I've been following properly all the steps ... That can see easily on the tutorials however after a few minutes starting the upgrade the four beep "beep beep beep beep " change to a countinous beep with a fixed red on the led camera ....I tried several times but always go for that mode.

First time I tried install the firmware I wait more than one our and the sound and continuos red light didn't change !!

Any help on this

Yes i did .... don't know what to do zzzzz......

Basically every time I reboot it and try install again ..doing everything from the beginning, what i get is start with the four beeps and green/red on the camera led for around 20 seconds, after that pass to continuous red on the camera and continuous sound on the drone.

Looks like yet another "Air Encoder" and "Air End" module update issue.. I have been trying to get answers on this from DJI for a long time to see what causes it and if there is a way the user can resolve it without sending back to DJI..

DJI-Tim/DJI-Dave, have you any input on this? can the user fix the issue themselves?

Unless Tim or Dave come up with some magic its not looking good..

This seems to be pot luck for the user as even if they have a perfectly working Phantom before a firmware update, this issue can appear and it seems no user action other than sending it back can resolve the problem. I just find it hard to believe that when it goes to DJI that they actually change any hardware to fix it. Looks very much software to me if it triggers during a firmware update like this.

not solve yet, even i tried to downgrade V1.1.9 then V1.2.6 then 1.3.2 then 1.4.1
only solid red and buzzing sound
