Hello, occasionally in bright sunlight I get a flicker effect on the video. I guess having the sun directly above would cause this but it is happening now in autumn low-level light and I wondered if anyone else had experienced this and if there were a solution or setting to overcome the problem. Are you talking about the effect of the sun hitting lens and the props shading as they spin by? This causes a strobing effect.

Either use a lens hood or shoot w/o sun striking lens if that is the case. W/O lens hood changing direction of shooting is the only fix.

Also lowering of the camera angle slightly will help.

Use a Polarizer Filter and/or a lens Hood. Either will solve your problem for the most part.
