I got my P3P less then 10 days ago and it came with only 1 battery in the box. Just ordered a new battery from B&H and will be here in a couple of days.
My drone is updated to latest generic 1.6.00 along with the original battery. When the new battery is charged and installed in the drone, do I need to do a whole generic upgrade again or the drone will see the new battery and install the updates automatecly?

If you left the firmware file on the SD card, the new battery will update when you put in it and turn on the quad.

-turn on computer
-find file
-save file
-go to drone
-remove SD card
-remove adapter from computer
-put SD card in adapter
-put adapter +SD card in computer
-copy file onto SD card
-reverse operation
about 6-7 hours of intense work...
