Hello i have a problem with dji phantom 3 pro.
I dont have video and gimball is doing a strange behaviour.

Hi ,cesarsilvaarauj. The gimbal indicator shows the updating is not finished . Could you please try upgrading the firmware again ?

Was it working correctly and all of a sudden this happened?
Were you trying to do a firmware update then this happened?
If you were trying to do a update, are you sure you downloaded from the Phantom3 Professional page?
Please explain details.

I had a crash, replaced the broken flex. Then i tried to upgrade the firmware and i heard no d dd or any other sound besides the boot beep sound. I waited a while and nothing....

Rebooted and nothing.

Any way i can view the led information for the camera led?

It seems the crash has broken something internally, you may need to send it in for repair. When you say you broke the flex, what part is that?

The flex cable that gives info from the place where sdcard is located to the camera.

This is after cable replace, otherwise with a fault cable i would not post this.

I'm sorry, if after your crash and you've replaced items and it will not work, you probably need to send it in for repair.

Thanks but i would like to now if i can fix it, or what does the led on the gimball means.

During update it flashes red/green. When a. Is working, it is solid green. Red if there no SD card installed.

As you can see in the picture I posted above ,  the Green Fast Blink indicates System is warming up , the Green and Red Blink states Firmware Upgrading .

Hi guys!
I was having the same issue. After spending 2 days searching, testing and using all my options, i found my solution simple changing the ribbon cable to an DJI original cable.
What i did; Tried two different """fake""" cables (not DJI), tried to update with all the last firmwares, tried two sd cards and nothing... So, i took my gimbal board and 4K camera off and put it on another P3 Advanced gimbal by removing the camera and mainboard of this other gimbal. Everything is working pretty well right now. Now i need to buy another (original) flat cable. To prove that it was the flat cable, i also put the homeless working Advanced camera and mainboard on the gimbal with the "fake" flat, thats right... It was the flat cable.

i found that when gimballl is connected to a pc with a usb cable it shows the sdcard for 5 seconds and then it disaperars and apears a few seconds later. and so on...
