Can the cameras be switched between the x3 & x5 using the x5 gimbal..... Or will I have to switch gimbals for the respective cameras....thank u in advance....peace...

Yes you use either the X3 or X5 on the X5 bracket I run both.

The camera and gimbal are an all in one unit so they are not interchangeable. If you mean can the Inspire use both the X3 and X5 then yes they can. If you do not have a Inspire V2, then you will need the X5 adapter plate to connect the X5 camera/gimbal to the aircraft.

Can you please clarify Ken as I was under the impression if you had the x5 mount installed, the x5 camera would mount directly to it once you removed the x3.

SkyDen, you will be able to switch between the cameras if you have the X5 mounts on already. But the Inspire has to have feet risers in order to get a X5 camera to fit on it.

OK, Yeah, thats how I thought it worked.  For some reason Kens description confused me.  Thanks for clarifying.
