Who all has been using their phantom 2 & hero 4 black with no modifications (i.e. counterbalancing, drilling, etc.) without any problems? Even though the 4 is heavier and unbalanced when turned off, I have found that attempting a counterbalance method has caused loud sounds to come frm the gimbal rather than just leaving it alone...

My hero 4 silver seems to be balanced when powered off. I have heard that it is different for everyone. some are balanced and some are unbalanced. I would just leave it.
