Im receiving no level ups even though i synced my flights and have 3 hours of flight time in 19 flights. Im still a level 0 pilot is there a way to fix this ?

The flight level thing as not worked for me in the last 3 months. (5 hrs of flight time)

I've got 20+ hours, 450+ flights and I'm stuck at level 5 or something.
