so I have been reading through as many threads as possible and I'm totally confused! Which is best the Nvidia Shield or iPad Mini 2. My main considerations are screen visibility in sunlight, GPS, and video lag. Any input appreciated.

I'm an Apple person myself and have been looking into getting an iPad mini 2.  But I'm interested to see what others think!

My ipad mini 2 works well. Hope more NV users could share their experience here.

I had an ipad mini2. I sold it and buyed an ipad mini4, because the mini2 was overheating and the video was very laggy with artifacts in hot temperatures outside.
No problems with the mini4, with eveything "on" (video cache, 4g etc...).
