Flying outside in the country standing in a field and I'm consistently only getting 1800feet/550m distance before I loose connection. Flown in a few different locations and the same thing most times.
2 days okay I flew it straight up to about 360feet/110m above me and it lost connection.
When you fly straight up above you, it is a fair bet the antennas are not pointing correctly and it is inevitable you will get a loss of signal. Straight above you is the worst place to fly.
Thanks for that Geebax that makes sense for flying directly above. Won't do that again. Would definitely say the antennas are in the correct position when flying out to 1800feet/550m though. So seems strange. But I'll try some different positions next time I'm flying and see if that helps. Thanks
