My P3 Advanced and controller are both updated to most recent firmware and everything has been working great.  I'm still one version back on the GO app though. Is GO 2.8.0 stable to update to and not cause any issues? I certainly don't want to update the app and then get it all out of wack and not working for whatever reason.

I have an ipad 2 air running IOS 9.3.1  and it does not work. Spent hours on chat with support this morning and they told me to go back a version on the IOS. That is not going to happen. I have read that many people are having similar issues, so please proceed with caution. My support guy told me to get a different device, great solution!!!!!!!!!!

Works fine here on iPad Pro, iPhone 6s plus, both on IOS 9.3.1.

I'm still holding on previous IOS on my Air 2 due to seeing some guys having issues with 9.3.1. Your post definitely makes me think to maybe wait out on updating the IOS or GO app a bit longer. Thanks for you input.

The 2.8.0 app runs well on my device.

Do I understand correctly that after this DJI GO 2.8.0 update in early May 2016, it is not necessary to update the RC and aircraft firmware?

I can't connect to my iPad or iPhone after this last update.
