Why is it everytime i start the osmo, or the Inspire infact, I need to redo all the settings that i like shooting with. How on earth do i save them???

What settings are you having to re-do?
All of my settings, ISO, color, style, white-balance, shutter speed, frame rate/resolution, etc are always right where I left them.

Adela - you should fix your spell-check to recognize the non-word "wanna" and correct it to "want to" . Looks very unprofessional.

What version of DJI Go are you running.
I remember having this problem when I first got my Phantom 3, but it was fixed in an update a few months ago.

version 2.8.2

I have to change, iso, aperture, shutter, color, resolution basically everything.

And im no hater towards grammar, write however you want haha

After double checking with my own Osmo, it can always save the former settings automatically, I don't have to reset all the settings next time when I power on the Osmo again.

Are you sure you've upgraded the firmware to the latest one successfully?
