Hi, i have bought a Phantom 3 4k by Eglobal , it arrived to me, but when i try to switch on the controller, it doesn't go. I have put it in charge with its charger, and the first white led flashing for one hour while charging, but after it go off....!  I tried to switch on and it go on, but it is in alarm, with the red and the first white led flashing, ad alarm bip-bip-bip.... ! I attach video, and i hope somebody can halp me please.. :-(  Thank you so much for answer...

michele-anna201,   This might sound really stupid but try plugging your controller's charger into a different outlet.  Or try a different charger.  Power receptacles do go bad and you may not know it. Let it charge overnight.  If it still doesn't charge, contact DJI for further assistance.  :-)

Do you make the connectors tightly？Does the power level go up after charging for hours？

Try plug and unplug and see if the connection is firm. If you still doesn't work, you have to contact DJI Europe and they'll give you a new one.

It is probably a hardware issue. I'd suggest you to get in touch with our EU support and send the RC for diagnosis.

Ususally it takes about 4 hours to fully charge the RC. Theoretically the power level should go up if it has been charged for 2 hours.

the remote control remains in office for two hours after it automatically turns off but has not loaded .

Here you are:
* Turn on the controller, and the aircraft should be off.
* Press C1, C2, and shutter on the controller then turn the controller off.
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller and link the remote.

4 hours to charge the RC that's fine....but how long does it last typically? Hopefully more than three flight batteries cos that's how many I ordered

I was contacted by technical support Dji Holland, I have to fill in form send it to them then I will have signs for repair . Really good service !!! I'll keep you informed on the matter
