Hi!

I bought the phantom 3 pro brand new here in my country last June 10. Had 2 flights with 3-5  mins each. Today while inspecting my Phantom, I noticed a long crack on my motor mount. It never crashed/ fell down or anything. I had the phantom 2 and had no problem like this.

Hope you can reply and address my problem swiftly. Thank you.

For repair? This is just 6 days old with not more that 20 mins of flight
? Isn't it covered for replacement? And how long will I wait? This is not the users fault! This a manufacturers fault!

I have been in contact with your tech support but I am being held hostage here by the dealer. The dealer wont give me an outright replacement from their stocks eventhough the support already told them to replace the unit. The dealer is telling ne to wait for the replacement coming from you guys but they cannot tell me the exact timeline as to when it will arrive. The issue here is that I need my unit for business and would like to have a replacement as soon as possible.
