So the problem is, when I am flying up to like ~100-150 meters the aircraft looses signal with the RC. I've tried relinking RC and the antennas of the RC are in good position.

Is this normal?? The drone CANNOT be broken, its 4 days old.

No this is not normal, maybe there is lots of interference where you are flying.

Do you have a p3s?
Have you upgraded it to last firmware?

Yes I did, but is there a way to upgrade a firmware to RC and Battery?? Or its only in P3A / P3P??

Yes,  the worst place for reception is directly overhead,  or nearly overhead.
