I have only one battery and have charged it over 100 times since June 2015. Works like new and I've never seen more than .01 volt difference between the cells after a flight.
FYI: I cool the battery for 15 minutes in the refrigerator before charging if it's still hot. It seems to like that - or that's what the numbers say anyway.
From my experience most lipos have a life of about 300 Cycles hence most people with cell phones start seeing degraded battery life after a year and they charged them everyday equals about 300 charges
