My drone sayes that the gimal is diconected andI have no control over it. the light on the gimbal is solid red and it flys fine but wolnt take pics or video.

Have you crashed it or had any hard landings?
make sure the ribbon cable on the gimbal is fully seated.

If not where can I get a new one besides sending it in to you all.

Which ribbon cord are you talking about?

SD card could be the problem ! Take it out and start up the drone the camera may do the startup and start working again . or insert a new/different card and see if the same happens .. Mine did ylthe same as urs and it was the SD card
